INTRODUCTION
The book titled “The Present and the Future of Financial Literacy: A Glimpse at the Threats and Opportunities for Individuals and Societies” focuses on revealing the increasing importance of financial literacy over time in various aspects. The development and complexity of financial markets, the increase in the variety of financial products, and the better retirement life of individuals are closely related to financial literacy. Today, the IMF cooperates with countries to increase financial literacy in the world, and low financial literacy rate is seen as an important threat for countries.
