Celil Aydın was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He has received an MS degree in master of science in natural science from the Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas, USA and a PhD degree in economics from the Atatürk University, Erzurum, Turkey. He is interested in macroeconomics and econometrics. He is working as an associate professor of Economics at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Balıkesir, Turkey.

Burak Darıcı was born in Ankara, Turkey. He has received an MS and PhD degree in economics from the Balıkesir University, Balıkesir, Turkey. He is interested in macroeconomics and econometrics. He is working as a professor of economics at he Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Balıkesir, Turkey.
